The main point of the Head of the country in his latest Message is, succeeds that who acts, and this concerns all kazakhstaners. The President is aimed at post-crisis development of the country.Mayor of Almaly region Marat Prinbekov told the correspondent of Kazinform on this.
According to him, a great number of academia is concentrated in Almaly region of Almaty. The professors and teachers of them constitute a scientific base for promotion of innovation policy. «Science should play a decisive role in increasing productivity of labor», - said M. Prinbekov.
The mayor pointed that 449 industrial companies are acting in the region, of which 39 are of large size, 19 companies work in accordance with international quality management standard ISO 9001. «For their affective work we will shift to manual mode of governance. Besides this, we will support in all matters to improve their marketability and expansion to external markets, in Custom union at first. I think that the speech of the President may be considered as a carte blanche for promotion of interests of national companies. We will actively lobby their interests», - said the head of the region.
SME was defined as no less significant direction. As it is known, Almaty is the main donor for republic budget, 52% of all taxes are collected in this area. Thus, the nucleus of diversification of economy should be production and further development of SME. «We will clearly correct the program for development and support of SME in accordance with new realities and tasks put forward», - said M. Prinbekov.
As for realization of «Balapan» program he said that there is a shortage of 2500 places in pre-school institutions in the region. In the framework of its realization all opportunities will be looked for to resolve this problem at the soonest; particularly in the sphere of cooperation between the state and the private sector.
«Another important task for us is to develop mass sport among children. Being the president of Karate federation of the city, I on my own initiative hold seminars for teachers of sport of the region at school No. 128. As karate is not only a martial art, but also a kind of sport it trains willpower and temper. Moreover, this kind of sport is a good breathing exercise which is very important for the young organism. My objective is to let every willing pupil go in for this sport at his school for free. And let them learn the basics and first skills. This will be our real contribution in development of mass sport in Almaty», - said M.Prinbekov.
