Dear Marat Usenovich, I would like to express my deep gratefulness for your attentive kind attitude to the problems of simple people.
Having addressed my problem about demolition of a tree on October 26, 2009, three days later on October 29, 2009 I met the workers who had demolished the tree so quickly.

Thanks to you, I and my daughter are not worrying now and live in safety.

In October 2006 at celebration of Senior Citizens Day and 70th anniversary of Almaly region you granted an electronic wheel-chair to my disabled daughter Dayana Akhmetova, which was beyond our dreams.

Your care is very pathetical, it warms up soul and heart in such difficult time.
