Even with the new year will begin mass production of transformers, voltage 35 kV, with a capacity from 1 000 to 25 000 kVA. Construction of the plant is completed, the equipment is delivered and starts installing and setting up lines. The project is funded by the "DBK-Leasing." While working on a new production plant has worked closely with Chirchik transformer plant in Uzbekistan. The company has installed two automatic lines for cutting rolled electrical steel. This has improved the technical parameters of production, reducing by twenty percent no-load losses of the unit. German machine brought the company «TESSAG», allowing to replace the foil winding wire. Installation and commissioning of the vacuum - the pouring setup allowed the plant to produce dry-type transformers. The Italian company «Lae» delivered to the plant production line of modern high-performance magnetic cores, transformers with an oblique junction plates. Replaced by welding, bending and other equipment of Russian manufacture. Gradually acquires the features of a modern factory, equipped with new technologies of production.
