From an early age Sana Mussayeva has developed her leadership skills and demonstrated her aspiration to achievement.

In 1998 she won a bronze medal in History of Kazakhstan at the 1998 Republic’s Schools Olympiad. In 1999 she finished Almaty Kazakh Turkish High School for girls. She is awarded with “Altyn Belgy” gold medal for excellence in studies.

Sana Mussayeva (Shandybayeva) is the graduate of “Bolashak” International programme. In 2009 she successfully completed a postgraduate programme at Cass Business School, City University, London and now is a Master of Science in “Insurance and Risk Management”.

In 2003 Sana Mussayeva (Shandybayeva) graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with distinction with a bachelor’s degree in “World Economy”. During her studies at the university Sana constantly took part in the university’s scientific and social activities. Sana was the winner of “Miss Zhas Tolkyn-2001”, the 1st Republic Festival of young students, as well as the winner of «Ana-Tyly aruyi - 2003» Kazakh Language and Culture contest organized by the “Ana Tyly” Republic newspaper. In 2001 Sana won the 1st place in Students’ Scientific Conference devoted to 10th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence. Sana has Master’s degree in Economy with major in Finance received in 2005 from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2005.

2004 was marked by one of the brightest events in Sana’s life, i.e. she headed a cast in a historic film by Bolat Kalymbetov called “Sardar” released by “Kazakhfilm” film studio.

Sana continues to develop her skills and enrich her knowledge: she is a certified specialist by Chartered Insurance Institute and is qualified Cert CII, and contributes her efforts into development of insurance sector of Kazakhstan.

Plans for the future: Intense participation in constant development of insurance sector of Kazakhstan by improving insurance literacy of people and founding the insurance school.

Sana names her parents – Mr. Zhetkerbay Shandybayev and Mrs. Dameli Urimbayeva as well as her spouse – Mr.Kumar Mussayev and his parents – the people who have been supporting her in her professional and personal growth.

Appreciates diligence, purposefulness, punctuality, ability to keep the promise. Admires people who have reached their targets without special talent by their persistence and diligence
