GR club in order to expand bilateral cooperation and exchange of information in the development of relations and connections of the business community with the state authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, given the increasing importance of GR-Government Relations, and taking into account the relevance of learning GR-technology, noting the need to expand the scope of the methodological framework of partnership between business and government, wishing to promote science and technology, information and business cooperation between the organizations and enterprises of both countries signed the memorandum of cooperation with the Center for the Study of interaction between business and government in the person of the Head of the Center Pavel Aleksandrovich Tolstykh and in the person of the GR club Representative Shaikh Kazybek Altayuly.
