GR club in order to expand bilateral cooperation and exchange of information in the development of relations and connections of the business community with the state authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, given the increasing importance of GR-Government Relations trend, and taking into account the relevance of learning GR-technics, noting the need to expand the scope of the methodological framework of the partnership between business and government, wishing to promote science and technology, information and business cooperation between the organizations and enterprises of both countries signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Representative Office of the Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the person of Deputy Head of the Representative Office Ms.Pereverzeva Irina Vladimirovna and GR Club represented by the Chairman of the club Mr.Ilyassov Erkebulan.

About Rossotrudnichestvo
Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) was established in September 2008 in accordance with the Presidential Decree as of September 6, 2008 № 1315.
On March 5, 2012 Konstantin I. Kosachev, a diplomat, a Russian statesman, was appointed to the Head of the Federal Agency (Presidential Decree as of March 5, 2012 № 278).
In its activities the Agency is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal constitutional laws, federal laws, normative legal acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, international treaties, and regulations of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
At present, Rossotrudnichestvo carries out its functions through the offices or through representatives of diplomatic missions of the Russian Federation in 73 countries around the world. Today Rossotrudnichestvo geographically covers the territory of the United States to Japan and from Finland to Argentina.
The priority area of activity for Rossotrudnichestvo is member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The agency actively cooperates with international and regional organizations set up by the Russian Federation jointly with the Commonwealth countries; in coordination with the Russian Foreign Ministry and other agencies develops and implements aid program to countries of the Commonwealth, develops federal purposed programs.
Today, the activities of Rossotrudnichestvo and its foreign missions seek to promote the fair view of modern Russia overseas, its material and spiritual potential, the content of its domestic and foreign policy. For this purpose, the Agency has worked closely with the scientific, cultural, informational and cultural fields with Russian non-profit NGOs and religious organizations, governmental and non-governmental structures of the CIS and other foreign governments, international and regional organizations.
The Agency is committed to further strengthening of ties with compatriots permanently residing abroad, promoting their activities to enhance cultural, scientific and business cooperation with Russia. An important mechanism to accomplish the task are the Russian centers abroad, which traditionally serve as a bridge for the Russians living abroad, as well as for those who have never been in this country, but wants to know more about Russian history and culture, seeking for business cooperation or wants to study Russian language. Every year at the Russian centers numerous activities are conducted with the indispensable participation of the compatriots: meetings with Russian parliamentarians, scientists, art workers, lectures and seminars on the socio-economic and legal reforms being carried out in Russia, its foreign policy, and cultural life.
Under these conditions, an increasing role in information activities of Rossotrudnichestvo and its overseas missions is explained by the need to familiarize the foreign public with the foreign policy of Russia, being built on the basis of the multi-faceted work both of the central office, and Russian centers of science and culture.
Under these conditions a significant role is played by close interaction of Rossotrudnichestvo not only with public authorities, but also with international and Russian non-governmental organizations, other institutions of civil society, using the potential and initiative in public diplomacy.
Among the media partners of Rossotrudnichestvo are ITAR-TASS, RIA "Novosti", «Russia Today» and TVC TV channels, "Mir" Television Company, "Voice of Russia" radio station and other leading Russian and numerous foreign Russian-speaking media and publications of countrymen.
