The theme of Self-branding was first explained by us in the previous issue of the magazine. This time we would like to address the connection of Your Predestination (as a tool) with the Success of Your Business (as a result).
What we do without having a definite knowledge to understand our predestination:
- We are dependent on others’ opinion. Without wishing bad to us, they may impose the things that are not ours.
- We misuse our time potential.
- We misuse the resources we own.
- Most resources which can be attracted and used are inaccessible to us.
- We cannot manage our lives and relations with surrounding people.
- We are not self-confident.
- We have no stability and soul peace, and we lose our health and authority.
- We cannot pour meaning to our life, and it goes away meaningless.
We all remember the stories of those people who having heard that the most prestigious profession is a financier or a lawyer enrolled to universities to study finance or law without being interested in those sectors. Having graduated from the universities and looking for a job they faced the fact that it was not only them who knew about the prestige of being a financier or a lawyer. And the competition at labour market in this segment was very harsh. The people being slaved by the fashion made enormous efforts and paid money to be hired in a bank. But the more they worked there, the better they understood that the job was not theirs. The work itself and the intrigues of those who also didn’t receive any satisfaction from work irritated them, and therefore they entertained themselves with career wars, gossip and relocation of responsibility and work to others. The opinion of the majority changes and people, who are slaved by the fashion or others’ opinion and who have no special knowledge, may try themselves in show business, then abruptly deal with real estate sales, and then with politics etc. even to an extent that they start their lives from the bottom at pensioner’s age, having tried different professions but not achieved success anywhere.
The definition of predestination is one of the most important stages in development of a customer’s self-branding.
In most cases the customers say they have thought about this but not reached the answer and didn’t have time to think about philosophy things. But as the problem was discussed further, the customers always made conclusion that this was not only a philosophy thingy, but it also had practical significance. This is also equally applicable to those customers with whom we work on the issue of increasing the sales, building up relations with partners (founders) of the business and with those clients who have objectives of reinforcing their political impact and career growth.
The structure for defining one’s predestination.
Your capabilities (motivational, psychological, pedagogical, physical, and decision making methods’ characteristics).
Internal capabilities (properties, skills, talents, definition of professional abilities, correct self-assessment and building of claims level).
Internal limitations (detection of fears, complexes, limiting models and scenarios of behavior).
Recognition of characteristics of the society in which the customer lives (culture, organization system, self-regulation and self-management mechanisms).
Customer’s detection of his/her stakeholders and referents.
- Development of self-branding concept. Formation of external and internal message.
- Development of self-branding strategy. Detection of resources. Subjection of will and the surrounding environment to the objectives and tasks of the life strategy.
- Development of predestination.
Most amusable thing
The most amusable thing is that learning to develop one’s predestination is as simple as learning to drive. A little theory, a little practice, a little discipline and you will receive a technology which will work for you forever; you will be able to transfer it to your children, the latter to their own children, in this way you will create the history of your whole generation.
