The mayor of Almaly region Marat Prinbekov gave a start to a valuable beginning. From now on, the administration will provide transport to the disabled children and children from low-income families; they will also be given an opportunity of guided trips through Almaty city.
During the first week the children visited most sights and became the witnesses of live history and returned with great impressions. The children who toured the city every week asked the mayor of the region to continue this undertaking.
- We are planning to continue this undertaking not only for a defined period of time but also on a constant basis, - said Marat Prinbekov.
It would be great to organize such trips not only by a single region but also by the whole city as there are a lot of disabled children. If to take into account the fact that the parents of such children do not have opportunity to show them the whole city, this would be a good deed. Spending time together with other children with similar abilities will improve their mood and will make them glad. They will remain impressed for long time. The city trips for the children were supported by «Compos» LLC tourist centre.
